Help the 6 Wabash Cannonball Dogs

Donation protected
6 dogs were dumped by 2 men on the Indiana side of the Wabash Cannonball bridge on 11/10/2018. Luckily my friend Megan witnessed this and was able to snap a photo of their truck.

I called and reported to the Knox County Sheriffs Department.

Megan, Amanda, Truce, Tracy and Josie(I think this was all) managed to secure all 6 dogs and transport them to the Vincennes Animal Shelter. They will be going to the Southgate Veterinary Clinic for care.

One dog has an injured tail. We don’t know their complete health conditions yet. Any money raised will go towards vet bills, spay and neuters, heartworm treatment if needed.

Any extra funds will go towards their adoption fees.

Please hope and pray the Knox County Prosecutor will charge these two men with the maximum. These men have been identified by the Knox County Sheriffs Department.

“A dog is not a thing. A thing is replaceable. A dog is not. A thing is disposable. A dog is not. A thing doesn’t have a heart. A dog’s heart is bigger than any “thing” you can ever own.”
