Community Involvement

Your Choice Healthcare is committed to helping the community. We are not in need of donations, but they are welcome. Contributions will go to the clothing closet or next community event. Your contributions are not going to be used for personal use of any of the employees but rather to give back to those in need in our community. If you have a specific desire for where you want it to go, just reach out and we will make that happen. We thank you for everything you do for us.
