Mark battles cancer!
It is time for us to be there for him.
Mark was recently diagnosed with Stage IV throat cancer. He started 7 weeks of concurrent chemotherapy and radiation in mid-November. Although he has health insurance, out-of-pocket medical costs will be high. He will not be able to work during much of his treatment, or during the anticipated 7 plus weeks of recovery. He has no available family support, and, like many baristas, has limited financial resources.
He is in need of help, both financial and otherwise.

Although the staging of Mark’s cancer is high, due to his youth and good health, his prognosis is good.
With our help, he will get through this.
Many thanks from Mark and those who care for him.
