Tanner Chew's Medical Expenses

Donation protected

On the morning of June 10, 2017, 19-year-old high Glacier Peak High School student Tanner Chew was hit by a car while walking near his home in Seattle Hill Road in Snohomish.

Tanner was rushed to the hospital intensive care unit where emergency doctors and staff operated on him for 6 hours. He is lucky to be alive.

He sustained serious and massive injuries throughout his body including a head injury, broken left shoulder, broken right hand, pelvis fracture, and broken left and right legs.

Tanner is currently in stable but critical condition. He is out of the intensive care unit and recovering but under constant medical supervision at Harborview Hospital in Seattle.

Tanner's surgery and hospital bills and long-term recovery costs are expected to be in the tens of thousands. Although insurance will cover some of the costs, Tanner's mom Rita is a single mom and will have to pay the rest out of her own limited funds. We are asking our friends and family to help Rita and her family during this time of great need.

Tanner is a fine and gifted young man with a wonderful life ahead of him.  Any donation, no matter how small will make all the difference in the world! Please help if you can.

If you can't donate then please pray for Tanner's full recovery. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide!
