Playing For Change Day in New Orleans is on Saturday October 5th. This year.
We need your help to make this event possible. Each year this event is growing and it is all thanks to you!
I want to thank Carmo, who gave us a venue the first year, and NOLA Brewery who was our host last year. We couldn't have grown this event without your help.
It absolutely couldn't happen without your generous support. I can't thank you enough.
My goal, as always, is to be able to pay the musicians and raise money for the foundation. This year, we have a sponsor that is getting us about 50% of the way there. I still need your help. We have some artists that we can't commit to yet but with your help, this will be another wonderful event.
The Playing For Change Foundation continues its work with schools around the world. In some places where we have schools, there have been natural disasters. The foundation was one of the organizations that was right there helping these communities to recover.
Thank you all for your generosity in the past and please help us get to our goal this year. If you are in New Orleans, please come. I'll be updating the web site shortly with this years event information.
