Paul Curtis' Final Expenses

Family and friends are still in shock following Paul’s death, and we’re all grateful for the wonderful messages we’re still receiving. Given that shock, I must add that the devastating loss has been accompanied by complicated challenges that still need to be met.

Among those challenges are that I can no longer afford to live in the house Paul and I shared, so I must move by September 30. My wonderful friends, the Coles, have offered to have me move in with them (as I had done before I moved in with Paul). And many, many more people have rallied to get everyone through the traumas, even while every day seems to come up with new problems in need of solutions. Among the many pressures with which we’re coping, a staggering number of costs – from funeral home to legal and other unforeseen fees - continue to be almost overwhelming.

Paul made all of us smile and made our lives better by his countless contributions to them. Considering my lack of funds, I’m reaching out now to ask for your help, as we continue to work to preserve the things Paul wanted to preserve while we celebrate memories of him and what he did for us. Every contribution will help in that project, and I’m asking that you send whatever you can afford (no matter how small) so that we can deal with many problems and help Paul to leave the legacy he would have wanted.
