When I first started my website on May 1, 2016 it was initially intended to share my Body Building journey while living the Plant Based lifestyle.
I never would have imagined it growing into a place that highlights so many wonderful Melanated Plant Based people of African descent from all over the world.
This is truly a labor of love that I want to grow further for many many years to come. However, It does take a lot of time and resources to produce the wonderful content that is highlighted on my social media pages .
