Gateway Virtual Academy is a K-12 online Islamic school for families around the world. We provide an Islamic alternative to parents who do not wish to send their child to public schools, who can not afford local Islamic schools and to those parents who struggle to educate their child on their own.
By the blessings and grace of Allah, we are proud to say that we will be commencing our 5th year as an established educational institute, but this has not always been an easy road.
Your generous donations to keep our school running will go towards the financial needs of the school that exceed our budget, such as:
- annual accreditation fees with Advanced
- accreditation Readiness Review feeswith Advanced
- platform fees used for our live classes
- programs and resources for our students to enhance their online learning experience
- and most importantly, salaries for our qualified and dedicated staff members.
The school does not receive funding or donations at the moment and relies on tuition. However, tuition does not come near to covering the school's financial obligations as we would like to keep the tuition affordable for all.

To provide an Islamic Virtual Academy, that will yield some of the greatest personalities in the Muslim community.
Mission
To empower the Muslim youth by providing quality education in an Islamic environment that promotes ethical conduct and morals, thereby nurturing the future of our Muslim communities one child at a time.
Our Solution
There is an old saying- “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again thinking that you will get a different result!” We must STOP the insanity by desisting to enroll our youth in undesirable educational environments, expecting them not to be affected negatively.
Gateway Virtual Academy, LLC.aims to break the cycle by creating a desirous Islamic environment that will be seen in and out of the classroom. We are giving parents the opportunity to provide an education for their children from the comfort of their homes, leaving the rest to us.
Gateway Academy Virtual School is an option for parents who would like to have their children educated within the comfort of their own homes or at our local facility where applicable. This option enables them to control their children’s educational environment.
Our teachers are all qualified and have dedicated themselves to employing various teaching strategies and methods to provide and an enriching, interactive learning experience from our students all over the world. They are under the guidance of the school principal who has over 15 years experience in the field.
As an online, virtual academy, all classes are held virtually and in real time. Students are able to join the class session at the same time as their peers and teacher. Students have the opportunity to participate in each lesson and interact with their peers and teacher via chat, mic or even video in some instances!
