The Lewis Famly vs Breast Cancer

Cancer is one of the hardest things that not only the individual diagnosed, but the entire family as a whole would ever have to deal with. This is exactly what happened to Rob, Raheem, Kayvon and Deja ( the Lewis Family) when they were blindsided by the diagnosis of the matriarch, Claire. In July of this year during a routine mammogram, it was discovered that three of her lymph nodes tested positive which changed her original treatment and needed an immediate double mastectomy with her sentinel lymph nodes removed. In 31 years of Rob and Claire being together, this is one battle they never thought they’d ever have to fight. With all the medical expenses, time needed to be at home and the fact that in February of this year they purchased their first house, money isn’t an easy thing to come by.
