Hip surgery for Cooper

My best friend tripped over her precious fur baby 5 weeks ago resulting in a broken hip. The vet put Cooper in a sling for 5 weeks hoping it would reattach....it did not. Surgery is 1500.00 or she is faced with putting Cooper down. Cooper is her second child and she spent every last penny she had on the last procedure. The vet is telling her the required surgery would be a 100% fix. Please let's help her in anyway with any amount you can afford.
