More than 13,000 people are homeless in Ireland this Christmas. Tiglin work with vulnerable people who may find themselves in these circumstances. This year alone they have served approximately 120,000 hot meals – as well as providing clothing, sleeping bags, addiction support groups and many other interventions on a daily basis. What’s happening
We have a great night organised in the harbour Christmas market marquee on Friday, December 15th. Pack your sleeping bag, hot water bottle and come along with friends to help those who haven’t got a home. By not sleeping in the comfort of your own warm bed for one night, we want to raise awareness and funds for those experiencing homelessness. Our Greystones community will come together and help those who need a roof over their heads. There will be live entertainment, stories, hot drinks and treats as well as movie night for those staying in the marquee overnight.
