Meet Mike Lassley

Mike Lassley became seriously ill almost 2.5 years ago when he was diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver. At that time he was forced to stop working in his regular profession of construction. He is now on the transplant waiting list.
A liver transplant is his only chance of survival.

His wife, Kris, has been taking care of him. She was diagnosed with breast cancer in October 2012 and finished her treatments in May 2013. She was only able to work part-time due to the side effects of her treatment.

Due to their health needs, all of their savings have been depleted. They have come to realize that funding Mike's transplant is a monumental task since there are so many uninsured transplant-related expenses.
