I have decided to be a Transcendental Meditation Teacher after 5 years of practicing and experiencing myself the transformation it brought. My plan is to teach TM in Vietnam (my origin country) and Spain (where I currently live), also to continue my work on promoting TM in Vietnam - where there is only one TM teacher for the whole country with a population of  96 million. 

So I have applied for the course of Transcendental Meditation Teacher Training this year. And I NEED YOUR HELP on this project. Since there are many costs that need to be covered and it is unrealistic for me at the moment to handle them all by myself. 

It will be wonderful if you can help me to share this message. And I might not express it enough that ANY SUPPORT really MATTERS! It will help me to cover a part of the tuition fee, commuting cost, visas fee, 2 mandatory quarantined weeks before the course, and hopefully more.

Maharishi once said, "Whatever we put our attention on will grow stronger in our life."  

How fortunate to have such light guides us in the right direction of life and be able to put our attention in the ultimate goal of existence. I am so grateful to have known TM. It was just 5 years ago but it is unbelievable how TM has changed my life. The fact that most of my surroundings in Vietnam are not aware of their own self and struggling in a chaotic life unconsciously makes me question myself "How can I really help them?" 



Some people might say I am lucky because I could travel the world with a modest Vietnamese passport and nothing more but a brave heart. Others said I am a successful example of "following your gut" - having my passion published, put aside the Economics Degree with a 9-to-5 job in the big city of Hanoi. I am actually not better than any of them but being grounded more firmly. I could enjoy the fruits of life since I have learned to nurture its root. Some kinds of joy could make you selfish - you want to keep it for your own only - but the true joy of bliss radiates, the happier, luckier you are, the more you want to share it with others, not only your dearest ones but even strangers you meet on the way to work. 

I believe all of us, who are looking forward to joining the Transcendental Meditation Teacher Training Course - TTC this year, have this great motivation. We want to become TM teachers to directly share this light with more and more people and we believe in a bright future for the world, for everyone.
