<div>Hace apenas dos años el síndrome de Guillain-Barré me dejó inmóvil: en pocos días pasé de cargar pesado en el gimnasio a no poder salir de una cama y depender de la ayuda de mi familia para todo. La rehabilitación fue dura, pero cada día luché por volver a dar un paso, y hacerlo en el menor tiempo posible. Hoy, contra todo pronóstico, he sido aceptado como charity runner en el Maratón de Tokio 2026, el primero de mi meta personal de completar los World Marathon Majors y hacerlo siempre corriendo por una buena causa.

<div><strong>La causa</strong>
</div>
<div>Correré en nombre del <a href="https://www.sportslegacy.jp/en/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Tokyo Marathon Foundation Sports Legacy Program</a> . Este programa impulsa proyectos que acercan el deporte a niños, jóvenes y para-atletas, y busca “crear una sociedad donde todos puedan disfrutar un nuevo estilo de vida a través del deporte” . Desde clínicas de atletismo inclusivo hasta equipamiento adaptado, cada yen recaudado se convierte en oportunidades reales para más personas.
