<div>The Roots Radics and Flabba Holt have contributed on over a thousand Jamaican reggae albums (you heard that right, 1000 albums) and have made countless of hits for various artists such as Gregory Isaacs, Eek-A-Mouse, John Holt, Barrington Levy, Yellowman, Michael Prophet just to name a few, and they are known for being one of the, if not the best backing bands to ever come out of Jamaica. In my own personal opinion, no other bands have contributed more to reggae music than they have, but unfortunately they don't get the credit that they deserve, and often times these phenomenal musicians are being robbed of their royalties and have not been paid their fair share for their hard work and contributions.

<div>I spoke to Flabba recently about how so many Jamaican reggae artists including himself have been ripped off by the big players in the industry *cough*Greensleeves*cough* and he mentioned how he himself even struggles to make ends meet at times, so I suggested to make a gofundme where fans can support him if they like, which he thought was a good idea.

<div>Though he was a bit hesitant in the beginning because he doesn't want to look like a beggar, but I clarified to him, that these donations are from fans around the world that want to support him and not a charity.
