<div>Recently Sam was out enjoying a stroll around his quiet neighborhood with close family friends (including his 10 year old “niece”)  &amp; beloved senior pets, when they were all hit by a speeding driver, who crashed the vehicle and fled the scene, leaving the three people and cat critically injured and fatally injuring the dog.

<div>Sam is currently in ICU with a blood clot in his heart and a tear in his aorta. In addition to the grief and physical pain this tragedy has brought, it has also brought unexpected financial burdens.
