Help Save Our Dogs! Please share and help save our dogs!  We live on a secluded rural 60 acres property with one adjoining neighbour and are registered breeders and exhibitors of Tibetan Mastiff Dogs. For the past 3 years we have been dealing with Nambucca shire council regarding Barking complaints which, have now been resolved. We have worked with the council every way possible to resolve this matter and have now rehomed the majority of our dogs and agreed to house the remaining dogs in a sound proof kennel. We believe a lot of the complaints to date to be frivolous and have even undergone acoustic testing. I have held several council meetings in an effort to resolve this by ways of mediation <img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/44094326_1576713453730206_r.jpeg" width="100%" media_type="3" alt="44094326_1576713453730206_r.jpeg" /> Discussions have even included the debarking of every dog or puppy to ever live on the property. Of course, we did not go ahead with this. We have been forced to apply for a development application for dog kennels in order to be able to keep our dogs which, after a lot of expense and work has now been approved. The problem being that the approval gives us 3 months over Christmas to complete the full build and works. Since the development application has been approved, we have also been forced with a notice to give an order to remove our dogs. This means that if we don't complete the work in the deadline over Christmas, the Nambucca shire council will seek a court order to take our dogs. This will most likely result in euthinasia of our dogs. Nambucca shire council will also take other family members dogs who live separate on the property and have never been involved in any complaints. We really need assistance with getting the materials together and professionals to assist with getting this build complete. Our dogs lives depend on it  Please share with everyone!
