<div>El pasado 16 de febrero sufrí un accidente vial mientras me dirigía a mi trabajo, el cual me dejó con lesiones de consideración  que requirieron una cirugía de emergencia.

<div>En ese momento se me informó por parte de mi empleo que contaba con un seguro de gastos médicos, por lo que fui trasladado a un hospital privado para recibir atención inmediata. La cirugía se llevó a cabo con éxito; sin embargo, al salir de quirófano fui notificado de que el seguro no cubriría los gastos médicos derivados del accidente.

<div>Afortunadamente, mi empresa pudo apoyarme con una pequeña parte del costo hospitalario, pero aún queda un monto considerable por cubrir, el cual debo liquidar en un plazo aproximado de dos meses.

<div>Debido a esta situación inesperada, me veo en la necesidad de solicitar su apoyo para poder cubrir los gastos médicos generados por la cirugía y hospitalización.
