<div>Construir una casa parecía un sueño alcanzable, pero con el tiempo he descubierto que es mucho más complicado de lo que imaginaba. He enfrentado obstáculos y frustraciones, desde personas que roban o destruyen el esfuerzo que con mucho sacrificio he realizado, hasta abusos de confianza por parte de quienes se les dio la oportunidad de trabajar en el proyecto, pero que al final no cumplieron con su parte.

<div>He tenido que lidiar con trabajos mal hechos, incompletos y a veces, totalmente diferentes a lo acordado. Incluso estuve a punto de abandonar este proyecto por todo lo que me ha tocado enfrentar, incluyendo problemas personales que complicaron aún más la situación.

<div>Uno de los desafíos más grandes fue con las instalaciones de fontanería. Fui estafado en varias ocasiones, pero gracias a Dios y con el apoyo de una persona increíble, finalmente pudimos terminar esa parte del proceso. Ahora, me enfrento a otro gran reto: necesito recursos para terminar la loza de azotea. Estimo que con un aporte de entre 30,000 y 50,000 pesos, podré concluir esta parte tan crucial del proyecto. Tengo fe en que, con el apoyo de ustedes y la ayuda de Dios, esto será posible.

<div>El costo total para terminar la casa al 100% y hacerla habitable es de aproximadamente 600,000 pesos mexicanos. Esto incluye la loza, revoco, piso, yeso, impermeabilizante, puertas, ventanas, pintura y cableado eléctrico espero no olvidar ningún otro detalle que deba considerar.

<div>Sin embargo, mi mayor esperanza ahora es poder contar con la ayuda necesaria para terminar la loza. Con un techo sobre mi cabeza, podré comenzar a habitarla y seguir adelante poco a poco con el resto de los trabajos.
