For the last 10 years, I've been focused on making mental health and wellness services safer to access for People of the Global Majority (Black, Indigenous, and other People of Color) here in Vermont. As a counselor I've seen firsthand the ways our systems and agencies re-traumatize our Black &amp; Brown youth, young adults, and families.
