Negan Broken Leg

Negan is a 12 weeks old Toy Australian Shepherd (5lbs). He went potty and playing in the backyard today with his fur siblings and when I called upstairs to come back inside, Negan did not show up. Not sure what happend exactly during the 5-10 minutes spent outside... I took him immediately to the vet, they gave him two shots for the pain and we did x-rays. He has a complete fracture of mid-distal left femur. He needs surgery. At the vet specialist, the cost is between $3500-$4500. I cannot afford that right now plus the $500+ I just paid. I am an international student from France and do not have any way to do a credit. Negan is not in pain right now because of the meds. I am taking him tomorrow morning to have surgery at the Animal Welfare League. The cost is still unknown but it will be way cheaper than the emergency center. Any contribution will be greatly appreciated to help Negan and his vet costs to repair his little leg...
