After enduring many years with pulmonary fibrosis, and recently related complications, Mario has now joined our Lord on October 4, 2020.  Mario was born on January 20th 1967 in Mexico to Jose and Maria Barajas and was the 2nd oldest of 8 siblings. He grew up in Patterson and loved to fix cars while listening to his favorite music. He will always be remembered for his contagious smile and joyful spirit. Mario is survived by his children Estefania, Marlon, Carlos and Yazmin.  He is also survived by his loving parents Jose and Maria Barajas, siblings Efrain, Ricardo, Jose, Marlon, Angelica, Rafael, Alicia; and many nieces and nephews. Mario, we love you and miss you, but we’re glad you are no longer in pain.  May you rejoice in heaven next to God and may your soul rest in peace! A Visitation and Rosary will be held on Monday, October 12, 2020 from 5-8 p.m. at the Franklin &amp; Downs Funeral Home in Modesto, CA and an outdoor Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Jude’s Catholic Parish in Ceres, CA.
