<div>My name is Jose and I work as a security guard serving our community, many of you know me but others do not. I have had the pleasure of working for you for over 15 years. I am addressing you on this occasion with an urgent need. Last week, I experienced one of the most frightening moments of my life—I could not urinate at all. My prostate had swollen so much it completely blocked my bladder.

I am a person of limited resources with a great desire to continue living. I made the effort wo go to a private doctor, who recommended me to do as soon as possible the biopsy or the surgical procedure that can save me and extend my life,  every day of delay increases the risk that cancer could spread.

Mi próstata se había hinchado tanto que bloqueado por completo mi vejiga.

Soy una persona con de escaos recursos y con un gran deseo de continuar viviendo.  Hice mi mayor esfuerzo para ir a un doctor privado, quién recomendó que me hiciera lo antes posible la biopsia o el procedimiento quirúrgico que puede salvarme y extender mi vida, cada día que pasa incrementa el riesgo de que el cancer se disemine.
