<div>Hay historias que se te meten bajo la piel y no te sueltan. “Bacha” es una de esas para mí. Es un cortometraje que nace de la necesidad de hablar sobre las heridas que no se ven, sobre el peso que cargamos en silencio y sobre lo que significa sentirse desconectado en tu propio mundo.

<div>Actualmente, estamos en plena producción aquí en Durango, y estamos muy cerca de lograrlo, pero nos falta un último empujón. Por eso acudimos a ustedes que leen esto.

<div>¿De qué va “Bacha”?
</div>

<div>Imaginen a un joven que lleva el nombre de lo que queda de un cigarro al apagarse. Así es Bacha. Marcado por un evento de su infancia en el desierto que lo fracturó, sobrevive vendiendo su compañía a otros, buscando una conexión que él mismo ya no siente.

<div>Su mundo es pequeño y áspero: la presión de Don German, el hombre que lo acogió y que intenta "arreglarlo" a base de trabajo duro, y la amistad de Tussi, que le ofrece una lealtad real pero también un vistazo a un mundo de peligros. "Bacha" es el viaje a la mente de este joven, una espiral de recuerdos y pesadillas mientras lucha por encontrar una razón para no dejarse consumir.

<div>Queremos que "Bacha" se sienta en la piel. Que sientas el calor sofocante durante un octubre, el polvo de la ladrillera, el zumbido en los oídos de Bacha durante un ataque de ansiedad. No buscamos contar una historia, buscamos sumergir al espectador en una atmósfera, en un estado mental. Queremos hacer un corto que no dé sermones, sino que genere empatía. Una historia que te haga mirar a tu alrededor y preguntarte por las batallas silenciosas de los demás.
