<div>We are a small Evangelical/Pentecostal church in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, led by Pastor Fernando Mendoza with our leadership team, including Gabriel Torres and open since two years ago. God has called us to reach those often forgotten by society and bring His Word to every corner of Baja California Sur. After donating our family land to build the church from the ground up, we are now raising $8,800 USD to pay off the loan for our first church bus—a vital tool to bring more people to hear the Gospel and carry Jesus’ message to nearby towns. <div>Dear Friends and Ministries in Christ,

<div>My name is Pastor Fernando Mendoza. Two years ago, without fully knowing where God was leading me, I answered His call to become a pastor. It wasn’t easy—at first it was only my wife, my family, and me—but I trusted that if God called us, He would be with us every step of the way.
</div>
<div>In faith and obedience, I donated my family’s land to begin building a small church in Colonia Lagunitas, on the outskirts of Cabo San Lucas—an area where many humble souls need God’s Word. With our own hands, the help of brothers and sisters God brought to us day by day, and with very limited resources, we started constructing a humble sanctuary—using canvas to shield us from the sun—believing that God would provide.

<div>God confirmed His presence as He sent people who had been rejected by society—and even by other churches. Over these two years, we have witnessed His love, mercy, and power moving among us.
</div>
<div>Without any external sponsorship, we continued working faithfully. By God’s grace, we have built the walls around the land and altar in solid concrete, and with the labor of our church family and bother and sister and their donations, we were able to install a metal-sheet roof, moving closer to the vision God placed in our hearts:

<div>to make Casa de Dios y Puerta del Cielo a ministry that, by faith, raises new leaders, servants, and churches throughout Baja California Sur.
</div>

<div>Now, we step into the next chapter. We took a small loan to purchase our first church bus, which allows us to bring more people to hear the Word of God and to travel to small towns and villages to share the Gospel.
</div>
<div>To make this sustainable, we are asking for your support and prayers. Our goal is to raise $8,800 USD to repay the loan for the church bus. Every contribution—even $1—makes a difference. Together, we can keep growing God’s work and bring His message of hope to more hearts in need.

<div>Queridos amigos y ministerios en Cristo:

<div>Mi nombre es Pastor Fernando Mendoza. Hace dos años, sin saber del todo hacia dónde me guiaba Dios, respondí a Su llamado para pastorear. No fue fácil —al principio éramos solo mi esposa, mi familia y yo—, pero confié en que si Dios nos llamaba, estaría con nosotros en cada paso.

<div>Con fe y obediencia, doné el terreno de mi familia y usamos nuestros ahorros para comenzar a construir una pequeña iglesia en Colonia Lagunitas, en las afueras de Cabo San Lucas, un área donde muchas almas humildes necesitan la Palabra de Dios. Con nuestras propias manos, la ayuda de hermanos y hermanas que Dios nos fue enviando cada día y recursos muy limitados, comenzamos a levantar un humilde santuario —usando lonas para protegernos del sol— creyendo que Dios proveería.

<div>Dios confirmó Su presencia al enviarnos personas rechazadas por la sociedad, e incluso por otras iglesias. En estos dos años hemos visto Su amor, misericordia y poder obrando entre nosotros.

<div>Sin patrocinio externo, seguimos trabajando fielmente. Por la gracia de Dios, construimos los muros perimetrales y el altar en concreto sólido y, con la mano de obra de nuestra familia de la iglesia y sus donaciones, instalamos un techo de lámina, acercándonos a la visión que Dios puso en nuestros corazones:
