<div>Es difícil describir en palabras lo que significa para nuestra familia y para quienes la conocen. Es fuerte, divertida, amorosa, generosa y tiene una bondad inmensa. Es la clase de persona que, aun cuando atraviesa sus propias batallas, sigue preocupándose por los demás.

<div>Como hijos, crecimos entre sus bromas, sus palabras de ánimo y su capacidad increíble de hacernos reír incluso en los momentos difíciles. A lo largo de su vida ha vivido pérdidas profundas y desafíos muy duros, pero nunca dejó que el dolor le robara su esperanza. Siempre elegía agradecer. Siempre elegía seguir adelante.

<div>Mi mamá amaba repetir algo que hoy resuena con fuerza en nuestro corazón:

<div>“Den gracias a Dios por todo, por lo bueno y por lo malo.”

<div>Y también decía, con esa sonrisa tan suya, que ella tenía “la salud perfecta.”
</div>

<div>Esa era Eloisa. Positiva. Agradecida. Llena de fe. Llena de vida.

<div>Ama pintar, crear, llenar de color las cosas sencillas. Ama profundamente a su familia, a sus amigos y, sobre todo, a su nieta, quien ilumina sus días y ocupa un lugar enorme en su corazón.

<div>Hoy, verla en una cama de hospital es algo que jamás imaginamos.
</div>

</div>
<div>A mi mamá le diagnosticaron cáncer de mama. Actualmente permanece hospitalizada debido a complicaciones de salud. Está consciente, pero algunos momentos son confusos y dolorosos para ella.
</div>

<div>Y aun así… sigue aquí. Sigue luchando.
</div>

</div>
<div>Nosotros seguimos a su lado, sosteniéndola con todo el amor, la fe y la esperanza que tenemos.

<div>Pero esta lucha también viene acompañada de una carga económica enorme. Estamos enfrentando gastos de hospitalización, medicamentos, especialistas, estudios, análisis, oxígeno y cuidados médicos continuos.

<div>Nunca pensamos que tendríamos que escribir algo así. Pedir ayuda no es fácil.
</div>

</div>
<div>Porque mi mamá siempre fue quien daba. La que ayudaba. La que estaba presente. La que encontraba palabras de consuelo para otros aun cuando ella misma estaba cansada.

<div>Hoy nos toca a nosotros pedir ayuda por ella.

<div>My mom, Elo, is one of them.

<div>It is hard to put into words what she means to our family and to everyone who knows her. She is strong, funny, loving, generous, and incredibly kind. She is the kind of person who, even while facing her own battles, continues to care deeply for others.

<div>As her children, we grew up surrounded by her jokes, her words of encouragement, and her incredible ability to make us laugh even during the hardest times. Throughout her life, she has endured deep losses and difficult challenges, but she never allowed pain to steal her hope. She always chose gratitude. She always chose to keep going.

<div>My mom used to say something that echoes powerfully in our hearts today:

<div>“Give thanks to God for everything — for the good and for the bad.”

<div>And with her beautiful smile, she would often say that she had “perfect health.”

<div>That was Eloisa. Positive. Grateful. Full of faith. Full of life.

<div>She loves painting, creating, and bringing color to simple things. She deeply loves her family, her friends, and above all, her granddaughter, who brightens her days and holds a huge place in her heart.

<div>Today, seeing her in a hospital bed is something we never imagined.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer and is currently hospitalized due to health complications. She is conscious, but there are moments that are confusing and painful for her.

<div>And yet… she is still here. Still fighting.
</div>

</div>
<div>We remain by her side, holding her with all the love, faith, and hope we have.
</div>

<div>But this battle also comes with an overwhelming financial burden. We are facing expenses related to hospitalization, medications, specialists, medical tests, lab work, oxygen, and ongoing medical care.

<div>We never imagined we would have to write something like this. Asking for help is not easy.

<div>Because my mom has always been the one who gave. The one who helped. The one who showed up. The one who found words of comfort for others even when she herself was tired.

<div>Today, it is our turn to ask for help for her.
