<div>En cuestión de minutos, un corto circuito —provocado por una instalación eléctrica en malas condiciones— lo cambió todo. Su casa, hecha de madera y lámina, fue consumida por el fuego. No quedó nada.

<div>Hoy, Don Cecilio no solo perdió su vivienda, perdió la seguridad de un techo y la tranquilidad de un lugar donde descansar.

<div>Vive en la comunidad de El Coronel, en el municipio de Montemorelos, Nuevo León.

<div>Desde el inicio de este proyecto hemos trabajado muy de cerca con su hijo, Vicente Lugo, quien ha estado involucrado en cada paso del proceso y con quien mantenemos comunicación constante para asegurar que todo lo que se haga realmente beneficie a su padre.
