<div>Hace muy poco, a mi papá, Juan Alberto Gonzalez, mejor conocido como “Willy”, le diagnosticaron un tumor cancerígeno en la próstata. Los médicos nos han indicado que debe operarse de forma urgente, ya que el tumor está avanzando rápidamente y existe el riesgo de que alcance sus huesos, lo cual podría volver su condición mucho más grave e incluso letal.

<div>Quienes conocen a mi papá saben que es un hombre optimista, positivo, solidario, amable, cariñoso y con valores extraordinarios. Siempre ha sido alguien que está para los demás, que ayuda sin dudar y que enfrenta cada situación con fuerza y buen ánimo. Además, ha amado toda su vida el béisbol y el softball, deportes que representan su pasión y su alegría.

<div>Sin embargo, como muchas personas saben, en Venezuela la situación económica no es normal y se encuentra muy deteriorada. El costo de la operación es bastante elevado y debe pagarse en dólares, una moneda que la mayoría de las personas en el país no perciben como ingreso.

<div>Por esta razón, estamos realizando diferentes actividades de recaudación, pero aun así es muy difícil reunir la cantidad necesaria a tiempo.
