La Hemimelia Fibular es una condición congénita que causa malformación en las extremidades. En el caso de Aurora, ha afectado su pierna derecha. Aurora necesita de 3 a 5 operaciones de reconstrucción ósea para desarrollarse adecuadamente, tener movilidad en su pierna y caminar de manera independiente.

<div>Aurora was diagnosed with Fibular Hemimelia since before she was born. Fibular hemimelia is a congenital (at birth) limb deficiency where the fibular bone is partially or completely missing in the lower leg. Aurora’s right leg is affected and she needs 3-5 reconstructive surgeries to be able de develop appropriately, have full mobility in her right leg and to walk independently.
