<div>Mar fue una bebé que durante el embarazo todo marchaba bien, pero mamá tuvo ruptura de membranas y no le quedó más que salir al mundo muy chiquita. Con solo 1.600 k y 42 cm llegó al mundo.

<div>Ya que nació muy chiquita, estuvo internada 8 semanas en el hospital, de las cuales 6 de ellas fueron en la unidad de cuidados intensivos neonatales (UCIN), diagnosticada con sepsis neonatal. En ese periodo agarró dos bacterias respiratorias en la UCIN, las cuales provocaron que tuviera hemorragias muy fuertes en los pulmones, estuvo intubada 3 semanas, entró en choque séptico, la tuvieron que transfundir 15 veces (sangre, plaquetas y plasma), su corazoncito trabajó a marchas forzadas y también tuvo una hemorragia en su cerebrito.

<div>A pesar de todas esas complicaciones, gracias a Dios y a la medicina, ella logró salir del hospital, pero con las repercusiones que dejaron las bacterias. Ahora ella tiene una condición llamada Displacia Broncopulmonar que la hace más propensa a que las gripas se le compliquen en neumonías, de las cuales ya volvió a estar internada por una complicación de una gripa a sus 5 meses de edad.

<div>Después de su alta en el hospital, ella tiene oxígeno en casa, recibe terapia física de rehabilitación, estimulación temprana, seguimiento en Neumólogo, Neurólogo, Cardiólogo y pediatra, ocupa medicinas más especializadas, terapias respiratorias, etc.

<div><strong>Ella, a pesar de todo eso, es toda una guerrera que día a día lucha por seguir mejorando y creciendo en nuestra familia. Es mi segunda bebé, pero el miedo y la inseguridad se siente como si fuera la primera de nuevo.</strong>
