Mobility for John

Most of you who know John will be aware that he has not had it easy in life. Born with a condition called Pseudarthrosis which meant numerous operations in childhood which ultimately proved unsuccessful, John has spent most of his life on crutches without any real use of his right leg.

In the past 2 years, John has also lost both his parents, most recently his mother Anne.
John now lives alone and in a very rural area with no means of transport at his disposal which means he has to walk on crutches almost 2 miles to the local village for any social interaction and then make the same journey back.

John is trying to survive and cope with all this on disability benefit which is not easy and we are hoping those who know him will contribute to this fund so that we can make his life a little bit easier with travelling & associated expenses to see his daughter. Ideally we would like to raise enough to purchase an adapted vehicle to help him get out and about without having to use his crutches all the time (crutches he will require for the rest of his life). 

As anyone that knows John will be aware of how appreciative he is of any help he ever receives, I would ask anyone that is able, to contribute what they can to help us achieve these goals and dreams for John.
