<div>Les cuento un poco de su historia, Sebastián nació un 5 de febrero de 2009, nació con Síndrome de Down, sin esófago, páncreas anillado, hipotiroidismo y un soplo en el corazón.

<div>Para resolver el problema del esófago al momento en que nacio se le coloco una sonda gástrica para su alimentacion, a la edad de 1 año le tuvieron que realizar una transposición de colon al esófago (esofagostomia) a la edad de poco más de 1 año.

<div>Desde su nacimiento hasta ahora se ha estando alimentando via oral de forma totalmente liquida (aveces le pasan alimentos solidos pero depende), pero la primcipal manera de alimentación es por la sonda de gastrostomia con alimentos licuados y colados, tiene el "esofago" estenosado con saco de fondo ciego con dimensiones aproximadas de 56.1 x 36.9mm (Ese sería el problema a resolver con la cirugia), ya que los alimentos solidos se le guardan en ese saco y cuando se llena lo vomita, se supone que después de la cirugía ya va a poder comer cosas sólidas, y como le tenemos prometido lo vamos a llevar a comer sus costillas BBQ al Applebees.

<div>Actualmente esta en consultas de valoración con el gastroenterologo, cardiologo, endocrinólogo, etc. Pero el problema es que vivimos en Tijuana y las consultas son en CDMX, así que esta ayuda sería para viáticos de mi madre y mi hermano, y gastos para su recuperación.
