Get Gav back on his feet

Gavin and his family want to thank everyone again for their overwhelming generosity. This money raised will help them to pay the many medical bills they are facing. They hope to get around and thank everyone individually one day. They thank you all from the bottom of their hearts, you have made their journey a little easier.

They are now desperate to get about and thank people personally and spend time educating farmers in safety, insurance pitfalls etc. If you can continue and share and donate, Gavin will be able to get the best legs possible so he can achieve their goals."

Our dear friend Gavin recently lost both of his legs in an horrific farm machinery accident. Beating all the odds in the most unbelievable circumstances, Gavin survived his ordeal and is now at the very beginning of his long journey to recovery. To know Gavin and his beautiful family is to truly know kindness and friendship. There is not a person they aren’t willing to lend a hand to. This family always go above and beyond for all that they meet. They are hard not to love. When you look up “salt of the earth” in the dictionary, there should be a picture of Gavin and Lauren Howie.

With so many friends and family around Australia wanting to help aid in Gavin’s recovery, we thought what better way than to help raise some money Despite the long hard road ahead, Gavin tackles each day with an open mind and cheeky smile.
