<div>Hi There,  My name is Mark Eaton, What started out with getting in the water one day has now lead me into doing nearly a full 365 days consecutively getting in the water.

<div>Last year, I had returned home from Australia and felt it was cut short and my way to deal with this was by getting in for a swim one day!  I got in the next day as well and one week went by then I hit 50 days in the water and thought could I hit 100 days and I just kept going with it each day which leads me to today where I am on day 340 (dip 340) as I write this

<div>Getting into the water helped me with my own mental health back then and each and every day since, absolutely loving it, the feeling after it, the people you meet and connect with, not just physical benefits but also mental health benefits from getting a swim in
</div>

</div>
<div>What I'd like to do to mark this occasion is raise funds for 2 charities, One Local Charity KYSS (Kinsale Youth Support Services) &amp; Pieta House whom both provide excellent services to help those who need it most, promoting positive mental health, and helping those with suicidal distress 
</div>

</div>
