In loving memory of Luke Elgin David Seabrook
Born in Wasaga Beach, ON. Luke had a passion for being around the water whether it was scuba diving with his wife Sheryl, sailboating with his friends and family, or diving at work.
Luke worked as a commercial diver for a company based out of Nova Scotia. Commercial divers are required to enter the water and perform a variety of duties, often at different depths and atmospheres of pressure. Each time they jump in the water they are putting themselves at risk.
On Wednesday, July 15th 2015. We lost our dear friend at about 1PM in the afternoon. A sudden tragedy in a differential pressure situation (also known as Delta-P) on a hydrodam.
Luke was an exceptionally kind soul, thoughtful, loyal and generous and has left a lasting impression on all who had the pleasure of knowing him. A very energetic man, always busy, he was adventurous and intelligent. He loved to spend time on his boat, and in his garden, but most of all he loved his wife Sheryl. Luke and Sheryl Seabrook were married in the spring of this year and just began their married life together.
We are all very shocked by this unexpected accident. We are hoping to raise enough money for the financial struggles that Sheryl and Luke's family have to go through with such a sudden loss like this.
