Lacy Morin-Desjarlais Memorial

We are rasing funds for the Lacy Morin-Desjarlais Fancy Shawl Ironwoman Memorial Special at the Piikani Nation Celebration on Saturday, August 1, 2015 at the Piikani Nation Annual Celebration in Brocket, AB. We will be presenting jackets and gifts to the participants, plus we will be filming the event and thanking all of our donors, volunteers and our partner Piikani Traditional Knowledge Services in the video which will available online in August 2015.

Lacy was a passionate Fancy Shawl dancer who participated in this very competition over the past 4 years. We are seeking your help in raising funds and welcome you all to attend the Memorial during the August long weekend in Piikani.

Donations of $50 or more will recieve an event poster and program of the event by mail.

Donations of $100 or more will recieve an event poster and program of the event by mail, and will be included in our program and event video.

Donations of $300 or more will recieve a jacket from the event plus all of the above.
