ZOEY NEEDS EMERGENCY SURGERY!
Zoey is a 3 year old lab pit mixed who is paralyzed from the waist down but she doesn’t let that stop her from living her best life.
After throwing up all morning and afternoon we took Zoey to the emergency room to get an X-ray done and it was revealed her intestines were heavily blocked by some kind of foreign substance (likely from chewing up her favorite stuffed animals).
The doctor gave us 2 options, immediate surgery or euthanasia.
For anyone one that has followed Zoey’s story (@zoeythelabpit on Facebook and Instagram) knows that she is not a dog that’s ready to give up on life so putting her down was NOT an option.
