Remembering Luon Phay

On July 16th, 2015 at 1:30am,  we lost an amazing husband, father, grandfather and friend, Luon Phay to Liver Cancer and Kidney Failure. He is survived by his wife Theung Noy, sons Jimmy and Buray, step children, Steve , Sengdeun and Berlin, and grandchildren, Michael, Stacy, Anjoline, Aidan, Dylan, Landan, Justice and Kaliya.
