Tom funeral and medical expenses

On June 26 2015 Tom Stockebrand was at his grandsons baseball game in Farmington Utah. After the game was over. Tom was in the middle of the crosswalk and struck by a vehicle going about 45.

He was life flighted to U of U in critical condition. With Liver, kidney and heart failure and 37 fractures the list is endless. He's life would be changed forever ..... In the ICU for 15 days ..... There was hope and many prayers said. And he fought the whole way!!! After 2 cardiac arrest he was still fighting. But then Tom got septic shock and was life flighted again to another hospital. So there he fought for his last 16 hours of his life. As this nightmare came upon us no one prepared for the worst.Tom a loving husband, father, and papa died on July 12, 2015 at 2pm....
