Raven's medical and funeral service

My daughter Raven was born May 26, 2015 and was diagnosed with long qt syndrome. WE thought it was going away. They sent us home from the hospital after observing her for 3 days. We came home and things were great. Until 6 days later when she passed out on my breast. That was the begining of weeks spent in the hospital. We spent about a month in the cardiac intensive care unit of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. She had a pacemaker put in and had pda lagation. I was very excited that things had gotten better. We were finally released to go home. She was very strong and energetic. I found my daughter in her bed not breathing on Monday 13, 2015. Rushed her to the hospital. She was flown to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. Was on complete life support and tons of medication. Her heart had stopped working. She passed away yesterday July 17, 2015. 
We need help to pay medical bills and perform a funeral to celebrate her short but amazing 7 weeks on earth. She will always be my strong, healthy, warrior princess and ANGEL!
