Help Sugar Rae get her ears fixed

Sugar Rae (aka Mabel from IACC) came to us from Indianapolis Care and Control. She was picked up as a stray on July 5th.
Sugar is a delightfully sweet dog that seems to be happy to be alive and very appreciative of her room and board but would love to be out of pain. Her ears appear to have been in this condition for at least a year and will need surgery for both ears. She will be functionally deaf after the surgery, but out of pain. She is partially deaf already with the swelling. The doctors are going to try very hard to be able to keep her ear flaps and contain any facial nerve damage.
Please help us help her. 100% tax fee to donate. We are a 501c3 and have ZERO overhead thanks to Lucky Dog Retreat.
