Kayak for a HOW disabled vet

I want purchase a Heroes On the Water disabled vet their own kayak, paddle and life jacket. The group HOW takes disabled vets on kayak fishing trips to help the vets relax and relieve stress. I would like to purchase at least one of those vets their own kayak so they could go anytime they wish. The picture is not the kayak to be purchased, it's only an example. It will be a brand new kayak.
