Kitchen Ceiling Collapse

CATASTROPHIC disaster in my kitchen! Dealing with insurance is a NIGHTMARE...we have a large deductible, there are many things that they say are NOT covered and so many rivers to cross before it can get fixed! I'm on hospice already living on borrowed time and starting to think I won't even live to see this fixed! The insurance company sent out an emergency crew who hastily put up a blue tarp with duct tape, but I'm left without a working kitchen and insulation dust flying everywhere via the central air. I'm using an air filter a day and now losing air conditioning to the space above the tarp, which only makes the birds, squirrels and other creatures happy.
On the "bright" side of this, I should say how grateful I am that me or my father were not hurt (or killed) when the ceiling fell in and that the cats were not found dead under the rubble (they were hiding under beds and tables).
I am setting up this fund to help raise the deductable money, to purchase things that the insurance won't cover and to help with the electric bill that will be soaring, since we now have no insulation in the heat of the summer.
Seeing as I have over 2500 Facebook friends, I figure if half of them can spare a buck, I can get my kitchen back to normal. Thank you!!!
