Help me back to work after stroke

My name is Clay Colman.  At the end of October 2014, I had a stroke that paralized my right side.  Since that time I have been in the hospital and a rehab center learning to walk again and to use my right arm as well.  I am making good progress to that end.  They are about to move me out here but I want to get my own place to live.  I want to go back to  my life like it was before I had the stroke.  I want to live on my own and do for myself, I want to get a job and pay my own way, get my car on the road, and all the other things that go with it.  I know that when I get on my own, and have to do things for my self and I will fully walk again. 

       My problem is that I have not been able to work since I had my stroke.  I have not had any money come in since that day.  I have used up all my savings  and am now completely broke.  My family is not able to help me and I have no where else to turn to.    I want to go back to my life, the way my life was before before the stroke. I want to go back to work I want to earn my own way, get my own apartment, to get back on my feet again and live my life.   I can't though because of my situation. Please help me.
