Great Dane life saving amputation

My Great Dane, Maya, has been diagnosed with Osteosarcoma, and was given a few weeks to live unless we can amputate her rear leg and possible chemotherapy. Maya came to me as a rescue dog at 12 weeks old and has stolen our hearts for the past 6 years. She is extremely unique in her caring and compassion for injured/abandoned infant animals.
I have devoted my life to animal rescue and have fostered so many kittens, puppies, fawns, opossums, and various others. I run a non profit Wildlife Rescue (Nature's Haven Wildlife Rescue) and when I am not doing wildlife, I foster and volunteer Red Dog Farm with multiple foster animals and fundraisers.
Maya has always let kittens and puppies nurse from her even though she has never had puppies. She will lay still for hours when I give her a sick baby to keep warm. She is trained to keep my wildlife safe on my property as well.
I am always asking for help for others, but now I am asking for help for me. Please help me save our Dane. She is only 6, and an integral part of our lives.
