On July 4th Cody Brightbill suffered a severely broken arm in a terrible accident in his go-kart at Thunderhill Speedway.
Cody was airlifted to Regions and underwent the first of what will be many surgeries to repair and reconstruct his right arm. He has a long road to recovery ahead of him filled with many uncertainties.
Anyone who knows Cody knows what a caring, tender heart he has. But what many may not realize is that he also has amazing strength. That strength is helping his family through this emotionally difficult time. Please remember to send positive thoughts and prayers to the Brightbill family, Craig, Andrea, Cody, and Alayna.
If we can help them out financially, I know they would be incredibly grateful. In addition to medical expenses they will incur, Craig and Andrea will need to be away from work to care for Cody as he goes through several upcoming surgeries. They will be eating out a lot and driving to and from the hospital often.
