Tim Alexander Fund

Tim Alexander has dedicated his life to the game of hockey, and the young men who play it.  My family met Tim ten years ago when my son began to play for him in the Cleveland Barons Hockey Organization.

Tim taught the boys not only the game of hockey, not only how to win, and lose with pride and dignity, but how to become men,  Tim taught these boys, at a young age, how to conduct themselves in public places, how to hold conversations with adults, how to behave in foreign countries, how to be respectful.  Tim was coaching not only hockey, he was coaching life, and the boys never knew it.  

The boys Tim coached have gone on to be drafted into the NHL, the USHL, the NAHL, and to play in college.  Overall, I would say Tim is a success. However...

Tim has just recently learned he has stage 4 pancreatic cancer, the prognosis is, as you might imagine, not great.

We, the friends Tim and his wife Sandy have made along the way, would like to help defray the costs of his treatment, and lessen the burden for them.
