Move Mavis & the kids to Philly!

Everyone who knows Mavis knows what an amazing woman she is - a consummate performer, committed, caring teacher, generous friend, and hard-working, loving mother who wants only the best for her two talented children.   Her daughter Guin, a gifted ballet dancer in her own right, has been accepted to train at The Rock School for Dance Education in Philadelphia, PA so Mavis has been planning a move at the end of the summer from their home in Birmingham, AL to Philadelphia.  Her super-talented son, Joe is an amazing guitarist and has been accepted into the Galloup School of Guitar Building in Big Rapids, MI.  He'll be starting there next Spring.

What you may NOT know is that in the last year Mavis has found herself a newly-single mother and unfortunately, circumstances beyond her control have left her very unexpectedly lacking the funds needed to make this planned move.  Please give what you can to help make this dream of a better life for her and the kids a reality - you know she won't waste a penny of it!
