Help Support the Davenport family

On June 16, 2015 Ron and Lynn Davenport suffered a parents worst nightmare. They recieved word that their son, Dylan Davenport was airlifted to Robert Packer Hospital from an ATV accident. Dylan is 15 years old and goes to Ithaca High School. He was at Robert Packer  Hospital for a over a week in ICU and they have now moved him to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse for much needed rehab in the tramatic brain injury section  that he will need to recover from this terrible accident. We are still not sure of the magnitude of his injuries as they go day to day.

Dylan will need OT, PT and Speech therapy for several weeks as we are not sure what the outcome will be as he struggles to speak and remember everyday things. This will be a long road for the Davenport family as they havent left Dylans side during this time. 

They know they are lucky to have their beloved son but have a very long road for recovery. Ron and Lynn have been worried to the brink about having their son back.

Insurance would not cover the cost to get Dylan to Syracuse because he was semi-conscious. Poor Lynn sat in the back of the van and held Dylans head as they traveled to Upstate medical center. These are things that we dont even think about that happened to this poor family.

We thank everyone who is continuing to pray for Dylan and the family as they have a long road ahead but believe in family and friends.
