Brock's Bionic Knee Surgery

Brock the dog monster apparently has hip dysplasia. This has contributed to torn ligaments in his right hind leg. This poor fella isn't supposed to run or jump or anything fun until they throw some screws into his leg. This surgery would make him able to run again - after a couple months of healing. Without surgery, the Brock monster will limp and be in pain.  This surgery estimate is $4,120.10. Can you help a Brock monster out?
